Mindblowing! I heard the Moya M1’s at Munich…kapow!…but cannot wait to hear them in your Listening Room 1 Sui generis system, Bill. Then you can bury me…. 😇
Hi Bill Had to watch the video again . Great discussion you had with Ewald we really enjoyed it, and again great looking speakers !!
I love the gear ….but I hate the poor recording sound quality of your voices…. its horrible, sorry.
looking for a better mic
As someone who's heard and appreciated Vivids, I imagine that the Moyas must sound mind-blowing, fully state-of-the-art given the science, technology, and experience going into their design.. But entirely inappropriate as desktop speakers!
The sound of the video is not so good!! I like your video’s 👍🏻
Sorry about that, I believe the microphone was damaged, we will have a different one for the next video.
From where I can buy one?
From US at av@gttaudio.com
av@gttaudio.co
I like the point Bill made about modern recordings: We can now listen to the digital masters. And always enjoy Ewald's enthusiasm for music and this hobby.
Thank you!
wow!
Hi Bill the Moya M1 speakers look amazing in your room, they just fit perfectly. How do you like them? are they about 10 ' apart and 10' from the front wall? how far are you sitting away from them, I am curious .
They are simply fantastic and have exceeded every expectation I have ever had for reproduced music. Just sound live.... Man you have a good eye. They are 10'6" apart, 10' from the front wall and sit 13'6" from them in the front row.
It was so good to hear you talking about the fact that we are living through an amazing new golden age of audio. I can't WAIT to hear the Moya M1s in that space! Thanks Bill and Ewald!
Thanks Greg.
Great discussion, Bill! I really enjoyed our time with you. Meanwhile, to all: listen up! 😎
Having you guys here was a blast!
Hi Bill we enjoyed the group discussion.
Thanks Russ.
An incredible and passionate group of individuals for sure!
LOL they sure are!!! Thanks for your contribution Dean!
Brilliant, Bill, truly exceptional commentary. Much to learn here! Dr. David 😎
Thanks Dr. David. Isn't that the truth! Even though I shot the video I have watched it two times over already. Just a ton of information in there about the NADAC D/C and the people's bio behind the project!
Ia the bass overpowering?
No not at all. The sound is completely linear.
@@gttaudio how many subs are there?
There are no subs, there are 8 woofers per channel.
question, if i use the RCA adopter for the tambaqui, should the output level drop say from 6V to 3V ish?
No it does not
Thank you for paying attention to us, we are all enthusiasts of music and audio.
Of course Weishen. You guys are fantastic and your enthusiasm shows!
Interesting discussion. Master Fidelity sounds like a product to follow.
For sure they are. Cutting edge in every way!
What a great discussion, thanks for sharing
Hi Bill we enjoyed the new Audionet equipment great show coverage thanks for taking the time
I’m really looking forward to getting this new combo in.
Hi Bill we enjoyed the prevention , lot of new excellent equipment coming out. The Vivid Moya M1 speakers and the new kronos table look fantastic . How did they sound?
Russ. Simply fabulous. Lots of new gear this year I have been waiting on. Can’t wait until it starts flowing out the manufactures doors.
Well Bill, you certainly captured the flow and feeling of our conversation quite well. It was fantastic seeing you again, and the quality of what we heard in your reference room 1 was simply unbelievable. Take heed, all! This is a fundamental leap into a new realm with the Master Fidelity NADAC plus the MF Clock. Simply sui generis!
David. It was a pleasure having you three here. Having experts in the room hearing the same things is reassuring.
Hi Bill , i am John from Greece and i own Mola Mola Kula.. I want to ask you : What firm these adaptors XLR/RCA are please Bill....??? And where can i find these..? Thank you.

@@gttaudio Thank you Bill....
I am hearing that Mola Mola is going to implement the Perca technology into a pair of a brand new monoblocks? Is that true?
Yes Mola Mola announced these at the show and displayed a prototype. An advanced form of Trajectum is in the Ossetra monos. We will drop a video from the show and you can hear all about it.
Do you maybe know how Tambaqui compares to dcs Lina?? 🖖😎
Sure call us.
Hi Bill we enjoyed the discussion. The Master Fidelity NADAC Dr. David Robinson had some great things to say about the equipment, everybody is amazed on the analog quality.Everyone is excited and on the same page. This will be something to keep an eye on for sure.
No doubt they heard how special the MF is and were able to expresss it.
Hello. This is a very exciting development in digital audio. Two questions: 1) Have the folks in the video heard the top DACs: Wadax, MSB, Aries Cerat, APL Hi-Fi, etc.? How does the Master Fidelity compare to these? 2) I would be stretching my budget just to buy the DAC alone (without the clock). How close does the DAC alone (with say a mid-priced streamer) get to the sound of the DAC/clock combo? Thanks!
To answer question 1) yes To answer question 2) this is for those who have the desire to have the best. Using it just with the DAC without intention to add the clock and to use it with a so so server is not going to get you the best. It will get you a handicapped version of what they are talking about in this video and what I talked about in Episode 101. The Clock is more expensive than the DAC. It adds a significant amount. All that said how you are proposing to use it will still sound really good. But not in the same league as with the clock.
@@gttaudio Thanks! I'm adding this to my shortlist of possible endgame DACs.
Please how much is the dac
In the US NADAC D: 23’000 USD NADAC C: 27’500 USD
Morning from tropical Scotland 😁 I hope everyone is safe and well 😁 was very nice to meet you and joe 😁 both great rooms really enjoyed them and axpona as a whole 😁 the best part was definitely the people, speaking to like minded people and not getting the usual looks and the " you spent how much on a cable " comments from people who don't get it until the listen to my system then I have tje enjoyment of watching their jaw drop on a song they swear they knew inside out and back to front 🤣🤣🤣🤣 anyway please stay safe everyone and look after yourselves, have a great show in Munich 😁😁😁😁
Thank you Paul, great to meet you too at Axpona
Wow, what an awesome line up of new products! I had to watch this twice to take it all in. You are numero uno in high end audio. Thanks to you we can hear and acquire the very best out there. Can’t wait to visit you in NJ to hear the Moya’s and the M-F D & C.
Thanks for the very nice comments David, looking forward to having you in for a listen.
Hi Bill great video lot of new and exciting equipment coming out. The Vivid speakers look impressive, Will Master Fidelity offer a transport that pairs with the NADAC ? Have a great trip hope you enjoy the Munich show be safe , can't wait to see some show coverage.
Russ, I don't know what the next components will be for MF but surely they will be special.
Hi Russ, Regarding the proposal of pairing the CD transport with NADAC, our team has invested heavily in R&D, which began years ago when we showcased the Prototype CD Transport at a High-End exhibition. At that time, we were undecided about supporting 5.1 SACD or CD only. Now, it seems that we can indeed revive the vitality of physical stereo CDs. Therefore, promoting multi-channel immersive audio to homes is not easy, but of course, we will consider immersive audio in our next steps. Building on the technological foundation of NADAC D, improving the CD Transport should be relatively straightforward. We plan to release the NADAC T (CD Transport) next year in Munich, potentially producing 100 units as a Reference CD Transport with external clock input. Weishen@master-fidelity
I am considering the MU2 and based on interviews with the Grimm designers and comments from a friend who bought the MU2, it would appear that the MU2 sounds even better if you connect it directly to the amplifier, i.e. bypass your preamplifier. Have you tried this approach when comparing the Mu1-Tambaqui-preamp combo with the Mu2? My friend who owns a very expensive preamp and DAC was a little frustrated to hear just how good the music sounded from the MU2 ... without the preamp 😞. You sell great quality equipment and I feel that you have your clients best interest at heart....but if this little gem can do so much by itself, should we rethink how and where we spend our money in the audio chain?
Thank you for the nice comments. I certainly did try it as a preamp as that is also how it is made. That said it was quite a bit better here running through the Audionet Stern Preamplifier which is what is in the big reference room where the comparisons were made..
I've been looking over at the Tambaqui as a future buy, maybe a year away. But I see way more value in the Makua with the DAC module. Question: is it "either or" with the modules or can you install both the phono and the DAC modules? Thanks.
The Makua with the Tambaqui built in is a huge value and you give up nothing in sound quality.
It is a great comparison done the right way for us to listen. Bravo Bill!.....
thank you
Great video Bill!! Looking forward to your thoughts on Vega G3 when it arrives
Oh so am I. Can't wait but have to....
I might buy these to replace my Raidho X3. It makes me sad how "cheap" they are in the US. In the Netherlands these speakers are 30k.
....and as to the room with the Spirits/Audionet/Kubala-Sosna...well, the reference room was simply stellar! Top-notch, for sure.
Thank you David. We value your opinion! It was great having you and Pastor Dave there.
@@gttaudio we had an excellent time, for sure, Bill!
Great video, Bill and Joe! This room featured some great sonic performance, and impressed me with the results. Remarkable! Keep 'em flying! Dr. David
Thanks! Will do! Appreciate the time you spent with us David!
Interesting video Bill. Do you think the Perca would drive the Giya G3's well?
thank you. The Perca drives the G3s2 with ease, finesse and power. It is a great match. Even better in vertical bi-amp mode as we used them for the G4s2 at CAF. You can refer to that video too.
@@gttaudio thanks Bill
I have a Perca, Tambaqui and a Lupe. I’m driving Focal Scala Utopia Evo’s with the Perca. It does well, despite the Scala’s load being a little tricky in the mid bass region. I’ve had a lot of AB amps in my system and many didn’t do well into the Focals, especially with bass heavy music. Often, the bass tonality suffers. I’ve even had this issue with 600+ watt AB monos which have low-ish damping factors. My Parasound JC5 controls the Focals well, but the Perca is noticeably more resolving. The Perca also drives them well up to a reasonably loud level. I’d say the Parasound does a little better when average SPL reaches 90db or more at the listening position. I suspect vertical bi amp with 2 Percas would solve this. My room is ~2200 cubic ft, and I sit about 10 feet from my speakers. The Perca is a heck of an amp, in a small form factor, which doesn’t produce a ton of heat the way many tube and solid state amps do.
@@ChrisMag100 thanks that is useful to know
Hi Bill all three rooms look great, the Spirts and Audionet must of sounded fantastic. How did you like the show this year?
Thanks Russ. The show was really good this year.
vega 3 Will be interesting
hopefully sometime this year
You don't know any all in one more expensive? Try the Linn Klimax dsm.
A great teaser for AXPONA 2024, Bill! Looking forward to seeing you there for Positive Feedback! 😎
Looking forward to spending time with you David.
@GTT Audio - Bill, I would appreciate a video where Vivid Giyas and system matching are the topic. Maybe trying out different amps, recording a short music example and then have a reviewer or two telling what they hear. Trying out Giya 3s in different sized rooms with comments about depth, rolled off highs with some amps and similar would be helpful. Everybody knows Vivid and Mola Mola works well, but what about matching Vivid to other brands? There is not much quality video content out there regarding the Giyas (you have done the most) so there is really a lot of unanswered Giya questions out there, maybe preventing sales… 😉
Sounds interesting, I may just do that. Vivids are very natural and true to the source, they do tell you what's in front of them.
Morning Bill from tropical Scotland 😁 will definitely drop in and say hello and have a listen 😁 see you at axpona 😁
Sounds good! Looking forward to it.
Hi Bill I would like to see a video of start to finish packing up and setting up for a hi fi show with how many man hours it takes and how much it costs in total
I would like to see that one too!
Hi Bill, I highly respect your line of audio products and video topics’ coverage, however, please accept my sincere apologies for saying this: it will be a lot nicer if you would be care enough to pay a bit more attention to your UA-cam voice recordings which often sound saturated as I guess the recording level had been set too high. Again, sorry for being fuzzy about sound quality. WUATB at the Expona 2024!
I understand, I have no idea what happened to this one, I didn't realize it until it was on the computer editing and well at that time the gear was already packed up. Will try to do better in the future. And thanks for your positive comments.
Great lineup of products for us to hear in Schaumberg in a few weeks, Bill. I'm REALLY looking forward to stopping by and spending some time listening, and - maybe - shooting an episode for my channel as well! See you there... 😊
Can't wait to see you there my friend. Be prepared for a stop-in on Wed when Joe and I drive out. Have the espresso ready!
@@gttaudioLOL, you've got! See you soon enough! Stay safe...
"Look out, Bill! Here's comes Greg!!" 😎
Hi Bill we enjoyed the systems that you presented. Should be all great at Axpona this year, best of luck at the show.
Thanks Russ!
Same associated cables and equipment are not necessarily a good idea. There are so many different synergy issues.
Well then you have NO IDEA how to do a true apples to apples (A-B) comparison.
Any way to play airplay through mu2?which is the best streamer for airplay ?
MU2, no. Auralic Pieces we carry allow airplay
